退换货政策
Return & Exchange Policy

自包裹签收之日起，享受 7 天无理由退换货服务。
Customers may request a 7-day no-reason return or exchange starting from the delivery date.

售后服务需以 完整开箱视频 作为凭证，且须在 签收后 7 天内 提出，逾期将不予受理。
All after-sales requests must be supported by a clear and complete unboxing video and submitted within 7 days of delivery.

商品需保持 外包装完好、不影响二次销售，方可适用该政策。
Products must remain in resalable condition with intact packaging.

因买家个人原因产生的退换货，运费由买家承担；
因商品质量问题产生的退换货，运费由卖家承担。
For returns due to buyer preference, shipping costs are borne by the buyer; for quality-related issues, shipping costs are borne by the seller.

以下情况不属于售后范围Cases Not Covered by After-Sales Service

• 轻微白边 / 毛边：裁切过程中产生的极细微边缘不平整，属工艺特性。
  Minor white or rough edges: Inherent characteristics of the cutting process.
• 轻微油墨点 / 印刷纹理：高清印刷中可能出现的少量、非大面积油墨点。
  Minor ink dots / printing texture: Normal occurrences in high-resolution printing.
• 官瑕：官方生产线上产生的轻微、非普遍性个体现象（如毫米级裁切偏差）。
  Official manufacturing marks: Minor, non-systematic production characteristics.
• 微小色差：不同批次或印刷设备导致的轻微颜色差异。
  Minor color variation: Normal industry variance between batches or printers.

签收即认可
Acceptance Upon Delivery
快递签收行为在法律及事实上，视为您已确认 商品数量、外观及包装完整性。
Signing for the delivery constitutes legal and factual confirmation of quantity, appearance, and packaging condition.
签收后产生的相关争议，举证责任将 完全由购买方承担。
Any disputes arising after delivery acceptance shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
